By accessing and using the AI Image Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original images you upload. The generated images are provided to you under the terms of the underlying AI model providers. We do not claim ownership over the generated outputs.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
